1. Shipping Policy


  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Times: Standard shipping typically takes 2–10 business days depending on location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
  • Preorders: Items marked as preorder require additional time before shipping. Preorders typically ship within 2 weeks to 6 weeks from the order date, depending on availability.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • International Orders: Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 


2. Return & Exchange Policy


  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance, personalized, and digital products cannot be returned.
  • Process: To start a return, contact us at luxicelithuania@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Exchanges: If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost.



3. Refund Policy


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.



4. Order Cancellations


  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be processed.
